About Liz Amos Associates

Liz Amos Associates is an executive search firm founded by a core group of senior consultants who collectively have many years of experience of hiring senior executives and non-executive directors across all sectors. Focusing primarily on the not-for-profit sector, we have a successful track record of working with clients in education; the public sector; charities; performing arts organisations; trade, representative and regulatory bodies; and the arts, museum and heritage world.

A deliberately small company, the hallmark of Liz Amos Associates is the close relationships we establish with clients and candidates. Our approach is to build strong partnerships, committing our resources to getting to know our clients well and working to understand their priorities in order to ensure a successful outcome. The breadth and depth of experience of our consultants enables us to both identify and bring forward a wide range of candidates and offer support and advice to both sides to facilitate the appointment process. By tailoring services to suit the client’s specific needs, we are uniquely able to develop a bespoke approach.
Our core team has a wealth of experience in handling senior executive roles, spanning both functional and specialist appointments and also non-executive appointments. Within the team, there is expertise in the corporate sector and in moving individuals across sectors if they have the appropriate cultural fit to make the transition.

From developing the candidate brief to negotiating the remuneration package (where appropriate) and combining search with advertising, we provide a complete service to meet clients’ requirements, however demanding, and draw on additional resource from our pool of Associates, as required. With experience of working internationally, we are well able to manage clients and candidates based outside the UK.
